Take a moment to relax, get yourself comfy. And Centered.
Make sure your back is straight and feel firmly on floor.

Take a deep breath..............exhale

Take a moment....call upon your Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters...........any who may choose to be with you this evening......

Imagine....a tube....about an inch in diameter...crystal clear....with tiny holes all around it...
See this tube coming from the Universes...down through the Earth's atmosphere....down....down....
until it comes to rest on your crown chakra....slightly hovering just above the top of your head.

Feel it gently glide down through your crown chakra....down past your 6th chakra (third eye)....and now the 5th (throat)....down through the 4th....and 3rd...
down through the 2nd....and finally into the 1st, where you notice it gently tapers off into 2 branches...one passing through each leg...

Notice as they pass through your thighs...............knees....................claves.......................ankles................down through your feet...........and through the floor........connecting to our precious Earth Mother......
See it pass through all the layers of the Earth until it reaches the very core of Her Being.

Feel the connectedness between You and Her. Take a moment and thank her for all she has given you.

Now draw your attention back to the tube that is in your body....Notice the spiral of Violet Flame inside the tube.
As this flame begins to grow it creates a vacuum.......drawing into the tube through all the little holes, any and all negative energy that is keeping you from attaining your Highest Potential Now.

Notice the Lightness throughout your entire being as the Violet Flame continues to pull into it every thought, word, action or deed that you may still be harboring within any of your bodies.

As the Flame continues to draw in this energy it transforms and transmutes the cause, core, record, effect and memory of any negative energy that is keeping you from obtaining your Highest Good.

Feel the release in every cell..........every inch of your being.
All your anger.............release it now
All your fears................release them now
All your confusion...............release it now
Release it all............let go
Feel the cleansing.

Draw your attention now to the upper part of the tube where it extends beyond the sky.......to the very core of the center of the Universe.

See this beam of magnificient White Light filtering down through the tube.......as it passes down through you and into the Earth.

As this Light expands within the tube you notice the Violet Flame getting Lighter and Lighter......untils there is nothing but White Light in this tube.

Notice as the tube slowoly disolves into the Light as they becomne one.......

And now the Light is extending outside the area of the tube..........

filling your Being..........your head............your shoulders and arms...........
Your torso and lower body................filling up your legs.......

Breathe in this Light........close your eyes for a few and just be in the Light.............Be the Light.

Now you may choose to either spend more time within this Light....or extend it out fruther...........until it expands around the globe......connecting with other Lights around the world.

The choice is yours and you are Honored for whichever choice you make.

You may even want to connect to other Light Beings within all the Universes........

And when you are done please say "ok"............

Take a few deep breaths....center...call on your Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, or who ever you wish to join you on this journey. When ready, give me the ok

Tonight we are going to take a journey to a Violet Valley.
Imagine going into your closet and pulling out a purple backpack. Take a few moments and pack this bag with all the thoughts that have been troubling you lately....all the aches and pains...the anger....the sorrows. Pack them away...when ready..let me know.

Throw your backpack over your shoulders and head out the door of your physical world. You head for the back and go into a small clearing in the woods. As you walk along the path pay attention to things you encounter on your way....

Notice as the color changes as you walk down this path....and pay attention to each flower you will be coming across... their color as well as their kind holds meaning. (These are cominations of YOUR choice, tehy do not have to be the expected ... they can be what you want ... ie: blue daisies)

You first encounter a patch of red flowers....you bend down and pick one, with your right hand, and inhale its wonderful fragrance. As you inhale you feel a wonderful sensation in your 1st Chakra area....almost as if the aroma is revitalizing that Chakra...

inhale...through your nose....exhale through your mouth....and as you exhale the flower holds onto all the negative and disharmonious energies....

inhale....feeling the essence travel through your being
exhale....feeling all the negativity and disharmonious energy leaving your body
and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

As you continue on the path you now come to a patch of orange flowers...the color of your 2nd Chakra....
again, you bend over and pick one and inhale its rejuventaing fragrance. Feel its energy going to your 2nd chakra center.

inhale....feeling the essence travel through your being
exhale....feeling all the negativity and disharmonious energy leaving your body
and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

This time it is a patch of Yellow flowers....the 3rd Chakra color...pick...inhale.....feel it in the pit of your stomach...

exhale....feeling all the negativity and disharmonious energy leaving your body
and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

And now a patch of green flowers...a beautiful bright green...unlike anything you have ever seen before...you reach for one and immdeiately feel its healing energy before you even touch it...

Pick one....inhale its healing energy and feel it enter the 4th Chakra as it settles into your heart center...

inhale....feeling the essence travel through your being
exhale....feeling all the negativity and disharmonious energy leaving your body
and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

You've reached a patch of blue flowers now...they correspond whith your 5th chakra....and you feel their essence in your throat area as you inhale...

and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

Now you've reached a deep indigo patch...and you notice it almost feels as if you are standing on hallowed ground...you pick one....inhale....and feel the energy essence immediately fill your third eye/6th chakra center...

exhale....feeling all the negativity and disharmonious energy leaving your body
and again....breathe

Place the flower in your left hand and continue on.....

Now you step into a clearing...into a valley of violet....everything here is violet...though there are deeper shades of purple and pink, it is all violet hued....

Take a quick look back at the rainbow patch of flowers you just came through...and know that they were all placed there just for you on this journey...

You walk to the center of this field of violet, and stand in front of a violet bonfire...the flames dancing and pulsating in vibrant shades of violet Place your backpack into the flame and watch as the flames clean and clear it of its contents.

See yourself stepping into the middle of this flame, and watch as this flame begins curling up at your feet and passing through and around your entire body and leap clear up over your head.

See this flame caressing your entire body...inside and out...scrubbing the pores....passing through your nervous system....and arteries...and blood stream....down to the very marrow of your bones.

See it engule the flowers....clearing all the negativity that they so graciously held onto for you....cleaning and purifying them too.

As you are being bathed in this wonderous flame... surrender yourself and let go.....and observe how this flame gives you a feeling of vitality....vibrancy....wholeness...

Decree out loud...3 times... "I AM a force of the Violet Flame....I AM the purity that God desires"

Step out of the flame and head back towards the clearing you came from....

As you walk past the flowers you gently place each one back in its patch where it instaniously takes root and returns to its previous condition before you picked it...

first the indigo.....
then the blue........
then green........
then yellow........
then orange.....
finally the red.

Continue walking towards the door to your physical reality....
enter....take a seat.....and take a few deep breaths as you bring your attention back to the here and now...
