Smoothies are great this time of year. I am getting ready to fire up my machine to make some and adding a protein powder to boot.

I didn't know you could get the omega-3 fatty acids with flaxseed. Sounds better to me than FISH....lol!! unless......flaxseed taste like fish of course. |
