I'm not sure what the therapeutic dose is. I bet its reasonably high and could cause gastric upset though. |

I've read (somewhere?) that all that was needed was a 1/2 teaspoon, daily. I would think that any more than that, and over a longer period of time, would/could cause more harm than good. |

I will start taking the half-teaspoon a day and let you know how and if it has an effect on blood sugar and blood pressure as I monitor every day.

Yes, please do!!! I haven't taken the 1/2 tsp. per day this past week, but I've continuted to add it to my morning coffee (decaf). |
