Do you know whether it is possible to see the threads under each 'forum' from the index? [IOW, not having to click thru to the forum to see what discussions are going on?]

As soon as you come onto the forum, in the upper right section right above the index box, is a place where you can click on "posts since your last visit". That way you can bring up only the sections that have current discussions.

I'll try that. I'm also noticing that I never have a reply to my messages.... I'm wondering if that's because the reply is to the thread versus an individual?

Sylvia -- That could be it. I get email notices whenever new posts have been made in any/all of the forums.

So far, the only thing I don't like about this format is that you can't reply to an individual post, unless you reply via private message. What I like best about this forum is that EVERYONE gets to post in an ad-free forum, not just those who can afford to pay a monthly membership feel. Smile
