1. If it doesn't have a copyright notice, it's fair spam.

2. If I don't charge for it, it's not a violation.

3. If it's posted to Usenet it's in the public domain. The only thing in public domain that you are free to copy/paste all you want on this forum is information you find on the .gov sites. Even so, you have to be careful with links in those articles that will take you to information that IS protected by copyright laws.

4. My posting was just fair use.

5. If you don't defend your copyright you lose it.
