The Hartmann Grid, named after Dr. Ernst Hartmann, a German Doctor who discovered the grid, runs North to South and East to West, forming a grid over the Earth's surface. These energy lines projecting energystraight up from the ground. Depending where you live, they are spaced roughly 10 to 20 feet apart, closer at the poles than the equator. The energy of the Hartman grid is considered beneficial. Dowsing can detect the energy lines of the grid. if you can find an energy line of the Hartmann grid, it would be a good place to situate your bed.
